From now onwards, I'm going to write poetries before most of my posts to give a brief picture about my post. I don't know why but I just feel like doing it. And okay Celestine. I'm posting up a post here. Was too tired to write posts nowadays. Sorry for the late delays.
I walked through fire today
Beneath the heat
Above the flame
My feets are scorched I was a victim
Of the Sun
Better yet...
The Moon tonight was ablazed
This is quite a literal poetry. Went to the mosque today for the Friday Prayers. Being late was a terrible choice made. The late ones had to pray outside the mosque...ON THE ROAD!!! I was one of them. The black road was freaking hot man! Being barefooted just makes it worse. I had to jerk up abit so as not to absorb too much heat from the road. The road was SOOOO HOOOTTTT!!! Hence, the line '
my feets are scorched'. My feets were burned like Hell. I guess this was retribution. I was so jealous of the guy beside me as he brought his own praying carpet there. His feets were touching the soft, smooth, cooling fibres of the carpet while mine was on the black, heat-absorbing, stony road. ERGGHHHHH!!! And to make this post even worse...when I walked with my slippers to my father's car, guess what...the flaps were broken. The glue which sticks the flaps to the slippers was too hot and eventually looses its stickiness. ERGHHHH!!! I had to walk barefooted to the car. EMBARRASSING!!! Had to walk on the grass as it was cooling and the white paint arrows on the road as, from what we learn in Science-Physics, white reflects heat as it reflects light. Haiz...Worse, there was a construction site there. My brother had to say "Eh, got glass!" when I was walking on the grass. So I had to be extremely careful. Luckily, I didn't step onto any glass but my feets were burned by the heat. So, i wasn't really lucky.
The last line '
The Moon tonight was ablazed' is because the Moon really was orangish-yellow. It seems as if it was on fire. Very nice colour actually. But what's with the strong the heat today??? Actually, it's NOWADAYS!!! Recently, it's been scorching hot. Ouh ya...It's the Summer Season. No wonder. Totally forgot.
