Yes...Something so dark and powerful is the act of despise. For such hatred towards another, brings a heart so hurt when their lips were smiling to such hateful people. I smiled to this person, yet, the person gave an angry, hateful look by turning away sharply using the eyes. Due to that, I began to think twice about the definition of 'friends'. Yes...The person was regarded as a friend. Sigh...Pity that a smile was never returned the way it should be. Such acts will never make the world a better place.
Anyway, today had a rehearsal. THE SECOND LAST REHEARSAL OF BAND!!! OMG! The next day is already SYF!!! Rehearsal today was just average. I almost cried hearing the band play and watching Mr Wong's actions to us. He was quite strict and was in a bad mood. Somemore, there were last minute reminders to us...in which I think that most of us will forget. One will be about when we're suppose to wait for Mr Wong's cue to put down our instruments. It's already a habit...Quite difficult to change that now. But...just hope many will remember. So, all I can really say is GOOD LUCK!!! hahkz. Even when he was in a bad mood, he did joke around here and there. He told us what he found out from today's morning SYF. There were many funny stories like being seasick watching one band 'cause they move too much with expressions...another about the conductor who would do any action possible to conduct the band;like bend down so low just to imitate the effect of the Piano and crescendo. He even say about the Sunrise...Most played that song but was pretty boring as they all thought that this was a technical and easy piece when it's actually difficult. 'Cause the song is very expressive but none was able to produce the expression. Hope our band will be very expressive for that song. Will score marks one as playing with expressions will beat all the other bands in Singapore that plays Sunrise. Must not make the judges find it boring and say "Not another one". Come on people!!! We coloured the scores already. Potray those colours into your music and you'll succeed.
