Here are the Winners for the Golden Globe Awards 2008...
Best Motion Picture- Drama
Atonement (2007)
Best Motion Picture - Musical or Comedy
Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street (2007)

Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture - Drama
Daniel Day-Lewis for There will be Blood (2007)

Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture - Drama
Julie Christie for Away from Her (2006)
Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture - Musical or Comedy
Johnny Depp for Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street (2007)
Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture - Musical or Comedy
Marion Cotillard for Mome, La (2007)
Here are the important ones for the Winners of the Golden Globe Awards. And as you can see, Sweeney Todd won the Best Motion Picture for Musical or Comedy, beating out Hairspray actually. And its main Actor, Johnny Depp, won the Best Performance by an Actor for a Motion Picture - Musical or Comedy. Two more reasons to watch the movie. Although, Helena Bonham Carter (from Sweeney Todd) didn't win the award for the Best Performance by an Actress for a Motion Picture - Musical or Comedy. Sigh. Just watch the Movie Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street, OK?
